Bon emplacement.

très petit, pour 2 personnes pas plus. Pas assez équipé : on n'a pas pu se servir du four, car pas de plat à four. Pas de tire-bouchons, pas de liquide vaisselle. Pas de serviette de toilette, uniquement une serviette de douche. Les stores aux fenêtres ne se relèvent pas.

"THE WORST IN MY LIFE"

They charger 2 time more $ from my bank card , when I said that its not right and its some mistake they clear lied in my eyes and said that the price is changed. And after all they see it that Im not happy anymore they refuse to give me the key from apartment so they left it me on the night alone in the city without apartment for which I already pay 2 time more!

"Would not recommend go somewhere else."

Not much honestly, it was clean.

No way in hell that it fits 3 comfortably as advertised, it is tiny and not liveable for more than 2 days. The door doesn’t even lock and when we called and asked why, they even said ‘we don’t advise you lock it’. Which is absurd and we would not have booked if we knew. The customer service is absolutely awful, so many problems and most the time they didn’t even pick up, I was promised our 100 pound deposit back once they’ve checked my apartment and I am still waiting for it I would like someone to respond to me about this as there was no damage to the property.

One star is not enough to express how horrible our experience was from start to finish. Starting off, the location given is actually the location to pick up the keys, not the location of the Airbnb. Upon arriving at the location to pick up the keys which by the way, is 30 minutes from the Airbnb, we had to wait a further 30 minutes to be given the keys. Unclear check-in instructions aside, not only is the Airbnb unsuitable to host 4 people, but it lacks basic necessities such as sponges, dishwashing soap and sufficient toilet paper and was not cleaned adequately. Upon requesting a refund of items such as a sponge and dish soap, we were told these items were not listed on booking.com and as such, would not receive a reimbursement. If any recent guests have had the pleasure of utilising these necessities, please know this was from us and not the host. We also contacted the host during our stay to flag that the shower was not draining properly. Without notice, the host arrived the following day and knocked on the door. Once let in, he stated he didn’t expect us to be there. We think this is wholly inappropriate and that a message letting us know he was stopping by would’ve gone a long way, especially as one of our friends was sick and at home alone.

"Terrible"

We are extremely disappointed with our experience with this property and with Booking. Upon arrival, the property owner requested a deposit of €100 for potential damages, assuring us that it would be refunded at the end of our stay. However, this never happened. Despite numerous contacts with both the property and Booking, we have never been reimbursed. It has been over a month and a half, and the situation remains unresolved. It is unacceptable that a platform like Booking was unable to assist and resolve such a serious issue. We strongly advise against making payments outside of the platform or providing deposits, as the risk of being scammed is very high. It is disappointing to see that even Booking, an entity that should protect its customers in such situations, has not taken effective action. We hope that no one else has to face a similar situation in the future.
