El apartamento las instalaciones estaban muy bien pero de las lluvias teníamos goteras en el comedor y tuvimos que poner ollas de cocina en el suelo porque goteaba mucho, no había papel de cocina ni trapo, en general faltaban cosas básicas de higiene ( como más papel del wc)

Дуже зручне розташування, в апартаментах є все, що необхідне, дуже зручне ліжко.

Вхідні двері в помешкання не відчинялися, тому що замок заїдав. Під час дощу мокріють стіни та підлога біля вікна, тому є цвіль. Вимагалося сплатити туристичний збір (2 Євро за ніч), залишивши налічні гроші у коробці, в той час, коли він був нами вже сплачений в розмірі 3 Євро за кожного гостя за ніч при оплаті помешкання через Booking. Це схоже на неправомірне вимагання грошей. Нормально працюють приблизно тільки чверть телеканалів, в решті зображення геть розпливчасте. Пральна машина була в неробочому стані.

The location is excellent in terms of being close to all the important sites, but the noise on weekend nights (as in till 6 am) cancels the good part...

The good: 1. The location itself. See above. Plus, my windows faced the street. 2. The management replied to my messages fast. The bad: 1. The noisy street was tolerable, but the drunks arguing, singing, and screaming at each other till literally 6 am on Fri. and Sat. nights were not. 2. The apartment was cold at night. One small electric heater was of little help. 3. My apartment was on the 4th floor. Those with lots of luggage and/or mobility issues, beware. The ugly: 1. When I arrived at my door after taking three flights that day, I found out that the door lock was not functioning. After a few messages to the management, somebody from their side tried to open the door remotely, over and over. More messages, more attempts from their side... This process lasted for quite a while, with poor tired me getting more and more frustrated... A big relief when the door finally opened... Of course, there was no message from the management that somebody would come the next morning to fix it, so I could exit the apartment without worrying about getting locked out again. And, the lock was stuck again. I could not open it manually from the inside till ~ 4 pm the next day. 2. The washing machine was broken. I could not do the laundry. 3. My attempt to reach an agreement with the management re: compensating me for the issues with the apartment failed. Conclusion: The apartment I rented should be taken off the menu. The management is focused on profit, not on the client's comfort. Stay away!

Clean, spacious. Could have benefited from more tea bags and coffee capsules.
