Vila do Conde - Os Maias

Lady let me check in earlier than normal.

It was very, very small in a loft with sloping ceiling. I'm 5 foot 8 inches and was bent over in half of room. No tv and couldn't log on wifi.

Very small room in the attic. Problems with ventilation. Has a window in the attic but lot of noise from the sea birds.

Very cute little room with kitchen and bathroom. Not much space but everything is there what you need.

You need internet access to receive the code for the door. We tried to travel offline so very difficult to do so.

The location

The size isn’t correct, it’s probably actually half since you can only stand in less than 1m corridor and the bathroom. It’s very hot because it’s in the roof and the only (roof) window only cracks a bit open. Not enough for ventilation, the room doesn’t cool even if it’s much colder outside. There’s mold in the bathroom and in the bedroom walls too. The bed is not comfortable because there’s literally a plastic sheet under the regular sheet that makes a terrible noise anytime you move and it doesn’t let the body breathe at night.

Very cozy (in a good way), nice design, comfortable, great shower, good location. And the restaurant three doors down was excellent!!
