"Terrific apartment close to beautiful beach"

Beautifully remodeled. Crown moldings. Clean painting. Functional furnishings. Two heat/ac units. one in bedroom, one servicing main room. Large TV with sound bar and Netflix and other services in English and Portuguese. Partial view of ocean from both rooms with balconies.

Water went out one day. Apparently a building problem. Was addressed within hours but when flowing again water was clear in kitchen but orange in bathroom. Occurred at end of my stay so not sure if and when became clear water in bathroom.
