Well positioned and clean.

Toaster tripped the electricity and one of the fan legs was damaged.

The location near the center but the street is very noisy and you can't sleep at night

The cleanliness was not really ok, I found cockroaches in the kitchen and in the bathroom the door does not close and the shower cabin should be renovated because the doors are difficult to open.

At first look the area location was scared people crowders but it was safe later everything went normal

In kitchen cockroach was flying.

good location, easy to find, nice room size.

poor maintenance, broken shower head, fan base broken, a lot of noise coming from the street until late at night. no air condition

Great spot. Basic but everything you’d need.

It’s nothing to like about this property, old and dirty furniture in the tv room, black mold on the wall in the bathroom, shower basin covered by the paint, missing door handles in the bedroom, dirty floor in the entire apartment, this place needs a big clean up

The location of the apartment is perfect! Near from everything. The apartment is spacious and well organized.

The comfort of beds was not there … the apartment is spacious but the bed were so uncomfortable… I hope the mattress will be changed soon :)

It was uncomfortably cold in the house and the fuse kept breaking anytime we plugged in the heater. The pick up location for the keys was not ideal. They did not provide enough items for our stay and when we asked they said they only provide materials like toilet paper for the first day. The shower was also broken when we got in and they had to send someone to fix it
