We spent a wonderful two days at Casa de Cascais do Pipas. The apartment is bright, cozy, and full of beautiful design elements that are a pleasure to look at. It’s located right in the heart of the town, with easy access to all the cafés and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay!

"Extrem Laut"

Das Appartment ist gut ausgestattet und um den Ort zu Fuß zu erkunden perfekt gelegen.

Die Umgebung ist extrem laut! Man hat von morgens um 5 Uhr bis nachts im 1 Uhr durchgehend Lärm. Morgens um 5 Uhr kommt die Müllabfuhr um die öffentlichen Mülltonnen, welche direkt vor dem Gebäude sind, zu leeren. Und ab dem Mittag hört man das Gebläse des gegenüber liegenden Restaurant, das auch noch die Kaminabluft in das Appartement bläst. Abends machen die Touristen Lärm und ab 23 Uhr das Restaurant Personal, das ihren Müll entsorgt! Die Parkplatzsuche ist eine Katastrophe und kostet ca. 2 Euro pro Stunde!

Lovely clean and well stocked/furnished apartment in a superb location with a cute balcony, relatively quiet residential area - connected the Cascais restaurant alley and the rest of the town via a small alleyway. Beach equipment such as umbrellas, bat and ball, bucket and spades, were kindly provided

We stayed in early June and found the nights were very warm to sleep in. Aircon or fans would have been great to have had. Not the property’s fault however there are public bins nearby on the street with glass recycling and around 5am they get emptied which is quite loud and disturbs sleep.

"Excellent value for money, would stay here again,"

Spacious apartment, good facilities, comfortable beds. Quiet but only a 5-10 min walk to the shops, beach and centre. The host was vey helpful and responded to us quickly when our flight was delayed.

The living area could have been more comfortable, but we didn’t spend too much time there so it wasn’t an issue.
