Excellent location, walking distance to main attractions like the University of Coimbra and Santa Cruz Church. The window in the apartment is huge and the view is great. The host is also really friendly and helpful.

Location - across the street with a walkway to a beautiful riverfront park with restaurants. Also close to downtown & historic area & Coimbra University.

Noise from traffic and University activities in conjunction with graduation. There were concerts that started around 11 pm and continued to 3 or 4 am. The music was very loud. If you go to Coimbra don't go the week of graduation.

This is a compact, comfortable, quiet studio with satisfactory closet and storage areas and extras like a drying rack and humidifier in the bathroom. Communication was prompt, responsive and accommodating. Directions for self-check-in were very detailed. We appreciated being able to open the window and admire the view as well as the small decorative details.

There was parking, we were close to river front restaurants and able to walk a few blocks to meet our walking tour. The unit was comfortable enough. We were there for one night.

We do not speak/read the native language and found the location a bit hard to find. There was a lot of construction and closed roads near by. The host sent pictures of the building and where to enter. These were helpful as the building has a unique look. We got out of the car and just looked up the street to find the building. We had some gps issues in general the whole trip, so it was us more than the location.

The location was excellent. It was easy walking distance to the old town. The price was very reasonable. The apartment was very clean and was recently renovated. Free on site parking was much appreciated. We were travelling for a month so the washer and drying rack were a nice touch.

Be aware that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and it’s a walk up. Also the building itself is older and needs some sprucing up but the apartment is an “oasis” with an incredible view.

Very comfortable room to stay with an amazing view. Everything you need is there. Good location, super close to the park to stroll along the river. Private parking. Not far from beautiful old town. Thank you to the host who warmed up the room with heater and air conditioner since it was cold outside. Easy check in.

We really enjoyed our stay in this bright and comfortable studio in the city center. It has a large, panoramic window with an awesome view of the city. We communicated very quickly with the owner and everything went smoothly.

It doesn't exactly have a balcony as expected but it had access to a large terrace across the corridor which was good enough for us.
