Excellent location, very quiet, light and comfortable studio apartment with a great view of the university old town and easy access to the town centre, Mondego river etc. Having a carpark was a real bonus.

short walking distance to all relevant places, (free) parking, nice designed and functional apartment

For us it was perfect, but parking was (sometimes) open to public, so a parking space is not sure, third floor without elevator, direct surroundings not so pretty and located at a kind of “expressway” street
