Modern & sylish apartment in a great area. The hosts were very accomodating on the day of our arrival & day of departure. Thank you for that!

The shower head could do with updating but it worked perfectly well.

Location location location

The property (or building) needs some serious investment. I usually stay in hotels for a reason; the standard isn’t there with these random apartments. I book apartments when I’m with 1+ girlfriends, but this one is purely location. It’s comfortable, but calling it luxury is misleading advertising. If you want to call it luxury…..The nail to lock the bathroom is not ok instead of a proper handle is not ok and a safety hazard. Covering up the flooring with a rug is not luxurious . The cleaning is not up to par. The room is absolutely not soundproof and loud. The sign on the bathroom door regarding the flooding in the bathroom? It’s because the building needs plumbing investment. The guy who checked me in was nice, but don’t brag about your friend owning the building. If he’s going to run up costs for locals by renting an entire building out for short term rentals, then put some of the money back to fix the plumbing and buy a new shower head. That thing is loud, malfunctioning and cheap. The toilet in the main bathroom was falling apart. The entire place smells like mold because there pro bably is mold. Don’t advertise your place as luxury when it is obviously not luxurious. Anybody who is used to a decent hotel standard would say the owner needs to invest. It’s good for people who don’t care about the details of comfort like a nice shower, warmth, and soundproofing. Buy some new towels; these gross ripped things are not “luxury”

Very clean and nice furnished apartment. Comfortable beds. Felt like home. The location could not be better. João was a super host, Obrigado!

Beautiful apartment, modern, cozy, done to a high standard. Fully equipped kitchen, inc washer/dishwasher. Very comfy beds, and sofa Friendly host met us there. Close to sites, bars and restaurants, fab location Didnt want to leave!

Nowhere to store our bags as our flight arrived early, left late, so we had to put them in a luggage storage place 10 mins walk away

Super Lage, tolle Restaurants und Cafés direkt vor der Haustür, nicht zu laut - von vieles gut zu Fuß erreichbar! Absolute Empfehlung!

The location was good and the apartment was spacious. There were decent views off the balconies.

It was very difficult to find because there were no markings on the dirty, run down door that was the entrance (see pic of green door). The apartment was better than the door would indicate, but still felt dirty and was up 4 flights of stairs which would have been helpful to know in advance. The floor was rotting away in several places and they used a rusty nail to hold the bathroom door closed. The towels were stained and very threadbare. And there was only one dish towel and no sponge or dish rag so when somebody spilled coffee, the only option was to use the one dishtowel.
