Unique property at a unique location, highly recommended

Do chuveiro, máquina de lavar roupa e da placa de aquecimento. Da vista do Rio Mondego. Da localização, bem no Centro Histórico de Coimbra e a poucos metros da Universidade.

As louças estavam molhadas. Não havia mesa de cabeceira, o que fez muita falta. Poderia haver duas camas de solteiro. O quarto poderia ser um pouco maior. Os livros de instrução não estavam reunidos num só local. No último dia descobri o manual do fogão.

-We liked the view from the bedroom balcony South to the River Mondego, and out each bedroom's West facing windows The wood floors were great and the AC/Heater unit and fans were functional and helped with airflow. Beds comfy. -We liked the location very much, once we got oriented, we appreciated it more and more. -We liked the little grocery store within a block and the two small cafe's very near the apartment entrance slightly uphill slope, and the Oasis Cafe overlooking the church plaza. -We liked how proximal the location was to Shopping Downhill, the University uphill, the Church, and the Open Farmers Market; as well as Restaurants and Coimbra FADO All walkable. -Our TourGuide, Sergio at Adventure Tourismo was able to pick us up and drop us off, right at the front door, for our halfday excursion upriver to see the old and new windmills. Highly recommend booking an excursion with his company. -We enjoyed the retail shopping windows and several restaurants and bars, and the Joanina Library experience at the University. -We had up until this point in our trip either walked or used Bolt or Uber. Upon leaving Coimbra, we rented a Car through Avis and were able to walk to their office across the river on the bridge at the base of the hill below Casa da Comedia apartment, then just parked it in public parking overnight next to the river and picked it up in the a.m. to load our luggage. Cost like 4 Euros to park there overnight. -Very Functional Location, and River Views that were Spectacular. Place was clean and comfy w/2 bathrooms. We'd Stay here again.

-The one way street was so narrow in front of the place that the Bolt Driver we had initially upon arrival from the High Speed Train Station out of Porto, was too unfamiliar with how to drop us off in front of the place, so he just dropped us off a couple blocks downhill with all our luggage, and we had to go on a treasure hunt trudging uphill, to locate the front door in an unfamiliar city. During our stay, Other drivers we observed dropped people off correctly on this street, so it wasn't a problem for some Uber drivers, just the one Bolt Driver we got and apparently drew the short straw with him. -Streets so narrow that when cars come down, you as a pedestrian must hide in the nearest entryway cubby to keep from getting hit and let the vehicle go past. -The stairs are steep and formidable and the hallways narrow. Same experience as in Lisbon though, so just be aware that adds to the charming experience with sore feet, cramped leg muscles, sweating, and shortness of breath included.

The shower wasn't draining properly/drained extremely slow

Расположение великолепное, в историческом центре, до собора SE NOVA 3 минуты. Помещение очень маленькой площади, но хорошо оборудованное. Просторная ванная комната, хорошая сантехника.

Подходит, для тех, кто путешествует налегке и не имеет проблем с физической формой. У двери на улицу отрыта только одна створка ( 40 см), пройти можно только боком. Лестница деревянная, узкая, крутая, скользкая, лифта нет. С большими чемоданами могут быть проблемы.
