Im Prinzip alles da, was man braucht. Lage ist gut, quasi direkt am Hafen. Die beiden äußeren Apartments haben wahrscheinlich auch einen guten Blick. Super, dass man die Waschmaschine (kostenlos) benutzen kann!

Schlafzimmer extrem warm (August), die Klimaanlage kühlt nur das Wohnzimmer, Fenster aufmachen ist schwierig, da direkt an der lauten Strasse. Die Küche war nicht sehr sauber. Der Außenbereich nicht einladend und kaum nutzbar (kein Schatten, Tisch steht neben dem Abluftgerät der Klimaanlage). Man könnte viel mehr daraus machen.

"Bellissimo appartamento con vista sull oceano"

La casa ha una vista spettacolare sull’oceano e sull’isola di pico, è in pieno centro, sul lungomare e ha una posizione ottima vicino al porto. Molto spazioso l’appartamento.

De locatie is heel goed en de host en schoonmaker waren vriendelijk. Het appartement is ruim.

Het appartement was functioneel ingericht, niet gezellig. Sterk op toeristen gericht. De meubels en inrichting zijn toe aan wat meer onderhouden liefde.
