Too many steps leading up to the apartment — hard with luggages

The hosts were amazing, very flexible with us even though we had delays in getting to them. The most comfortable beds we have experienced in Europe so far! Their shop is so beautiful we loved having it right next door

Being 2 story there is a bit of walking around noise from the upstairs guests but it wasnt enough of an issue to ruin sleep or the stay

What a beautiful apartment with 3 amazing bedrooms! The views from each room were breathtaking. It is in great location, few steps from restaurants and you can pick up the trail to the castles right outside the building. The walking trail not to be missed. The apartment was nicely decorated and comfortable. Definitely recommended !

We stayed for 2 nights as a family of 5 and found the apartment spacious and comfortable. Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen appeared to be well-equipped. The location was excellent—within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, with a mini market just steps away. Beautiful views of Sintra from the windows. Would definitely recommend for families.

As with much of Sintra, be prepared for uphill walks and stairs—accessing the apartment with luggage was a bit of a challenge. The apartment is on the second floor above a souvenir shop, and while street noise could be heard when the windows were open, it was quiet once closed. There’s no A/C, so it may get warm in the summer without ventilation. Water pressure was generally good, but using the plumbing (flushing or running a tap) could cause temporary interruptions in flow. We also noticed some noise from neighbors on the third floor—footsteps and movement were frequently audible. Overall, it’s a spacious and well-located apartment, great for families.

Right in the centre of the old town with all its restaurants and pastelarias. A view on Sintra palace from one of the bedrooms. A free parking just around a corner, provided you're lucky to get a free space. Around 21:00 it was possible to do. Otherwise, there are paid parkings also nearby. Quinta de Regaleira is just 15 minutes walking distance away.
