Carvoeiro, 2BR Pestana Gramacho Golf Apartment

The property was clean and well furnished. Lovely to have some water in the fridge for our arrival. It had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday.

Slightly misleading to include photos/info about a gym when it is completely separate from the property and on Gramacho Residence’s.

Close to good restaurants and trails Pool was convenient

No air conditioning during the hottest days of August

Location is fantastic being close to Gramacho Clubhouse and the Gramacho mini supermarket Property is spacious with plenty of light and is very secure .

Interior of property is quite tired and could be doing with a freshen up . ie: painted , grouting round bath and shower While the property was clean the drain in the bath tub was grubby and under the cushions on the couch there were crumbs etc

Everything. Clean, spacious, quiet, good wifi. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The Property was in a very good place, just a pity it was not clean, I did not go on holiday to clean the apartment, no welcome pack, had to go shopping for milk, coffee. Tea, water, no information about were the nearest shops were, the apartment needed a lot of love and care, it was such a shame as I was lucky that I know the area, but had to wash the tiled floors and clean all the patio area had to hoover the table outside as if you sat there you had spiders running up your arms
