Scandaleux, réveillé par des marteaux piqueurs de 8h à 17h30. Impossible de rester dans l’appartement. Impossible de se parler, les murs tremblent… à fuir… une honte!!!

Baustelle direkt neben der Wohnung mit extremer Lärmbelästigung, tagsüber ist in der Wohnung kein Aufenthalt möglich. Die Terrasse grenzt direkt an die Baustelle, ist dreckig und ungemütlich. In Badezimmer und Küche ist Schimmelbefall. Dafür ist die Wohnung deutlich zu teuer.

"Lo mejor, la ubicación."

La ubicación es buena, al lado tiene transporte público que te lleva directamente al centro, la zona es muy tranquila.

La limpieza es nula, hay mucha, mucha suciedad necesita una limpieza en profundidad, las ventanas son muy antiguas y se oyen todos los ruidos (suerte que la zona es tranquila o nosotros tuvimos esa suerte al menos).
