Pulizia, ordine e massima disponibilità dell'host. Posizione eccellente per girare a piedi tutta la città di porto. Consiglio per un weekend o soggiorno breve.

le scale per accedere all'appartamento erano ripide e la stanza era rumorosa, infatti sono stati resi disponibili dei tappi per le orecchie, molto apprezzati! l'appartamento in tre adulti risulta un pò stretto, con il divano letto aperto non era possibile aprire il tavolino da pranzo. Aggiungo inoltre che prima del check in è stato chiesto un deposito monetario che non era stato segnalato in precedenza, sarebbe stato carino saperlo prima.

The location was excellent. Very central and convenient. Also the apartment was perfect for our needs. The complimentary port was also appreciated. Additionally, our contact (Claudia) was extremely helpful when we needed assistance.

The location is great. 3rd floor overlooking a nice pedestrian street with lots of restaurants. It is about 3 minute walk from the Sao Bento train station.

It can be a bit noisy at night if you are light sleeper but the location right in the really good part of the city was a solid tradeoff.

Nos ha encantado todo, la limpieza, comodidad, simpatía y atención de Claudia y la excelente ubicación que nos ha permitido poder movernos por toda la ciudad a pie. Nos dejaron un bonito detalle de bienvenida y el último día pudimos dejar las maletas hasta salir para el aeropuerto. Nos hemos sentido como en nuestra casa!.

No ha habido nada que no nos haya gustado. Todo perfecto.

The location was very convenient, and the facilities were well-equipped. Although compact, the space was comfortable and thoughtfully designed. If you want to see the cat murals, this is the perfect place. It felt like the cats were always watching you, which was very charming.

The only downside was that it was a bit noisy at night, but it was quiet during late hours.

Casa bella, pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort. Posizione centralissima. Staff molto cordiale.

Deposito cauzionale, un po noioso

We had a wonderful stay at Flores Lofts, renting two apartments for our family in this beautifully renovated historic building. The location is excellent, just a short walk from São Bento Station and about 10 minutes to the Ribeira District, with plenty of restaurants and coffee/pastry shops nearby. The lofts are thoughtfully designed, featuring a cozy sleeping area, a well-equipped bathroom, and a full kitchen. The very high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Rua das Flores made the space feel bright and special, with a beautiful street view. Claudia, the manager, was welcoming and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, a great option for a comfortable and centrally located stay in Porto.

None I could think of. The area is not really quiet, but the property provides ear plugs.

The location was awesome! Very easy to get into the property as well with the codes! Very, very clean with good facilities! The view was cute from the loft and there were a lot of windows. The person was also very very good with communicating with us quickly and there were free little biscuits and port wine bottles left for us! Their food recommendations and of things to do in the city were great as well! The service was great!! Would 100% stay here again!! It was a great experience and we loved it the loft has a cool set up and kitchen!

We were warned about the stairs, but it was a lot more stairs than we anticipated and it was pretty tough with luggage. Another thing is that parking is listed under amenities included which I think should not be allowed. They did give me a recommendation for parking in the city (which ended up being around 75 euros for two nights), but it was not included and therefore should not be under amenities of the property as it is misleading. Other places did not list it, therefore I asked and they were able to do that, but I was not aware if it was listed I still had to find city parking. Good thing is that parking is close I just think that is a technicality that can be avoided.
