Os Reais - Apt in front of the beach in Centeanes

Fantastic host. Exceptionally well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Stunning view of the cliffs and beach. Everything about the apartment and location was perfect. I highly recommend this apartment.

This is not a complaint, it is just one minor detail: the walls separating apartment terraces are only 1 metre high - terraces are therefore easily accessible on all floors as garden paths lead right up to the terraces.

Location, deck space and view was incredible. Hiking and beaches just outside the door. Good living space with the amenities you need.

Was tricky to find at first.

This location is amazing with views of the sea from a very large balcony. There’s two restaurants within 5-10 minutes from the apartment. And the apartment is spacious, well stocked with everything you may need, coffee, wine and cheese and crackers await you when you check I , the hostess has all you could want right there for you. And her service is exceptional, every question and concern she responded to immediately and answered and or resolved the question. The apartment has been updated with newer appliances, updated bathrooms and comfortable beds.you can tell this homeowner takes great care of this place.! There are many trails close by and walking along the cliffs is breathtaking.

The grounds and landscaping around the property are in much needed attention , and the first thing you see as you approach the complex. The empty pool has weeds growing out of cracks and may not have been used in a long time. This is a very large complex and most of the units were empty……Which seemed unusual for such a fantastic location. Entrance to the unit is multi stepped…1st is getting the set of keys from a lock box which is inside the gated parking lot. Then opening the locked fence gate from the parking lot to the inside of the property. After walking down a couple of sets of steps (dark at night) then using another key to get inside the building. The long interior hallways is very dark as no lights are on, but the unit is the first on the left. Another key lets you inside the unit. All this is not a fault of the owner!!!!! It’s just the way the property management has designed. A local mentioned the complex is in bankruptcy , but I can’t confirm that!

Really nice & clean apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Superb location with wonderful view of the beach cove it overlooks. Nice big terrace that gets the afternoon and evening sun and 5 min walk down the path to a great beach.

Can't fault it really. I guess the apartment block entrance is a bit shabby and location wise, you need to take an uber into town although this is only 5 or 6 euros.

The facilities inside the unit was perfect and comfortable, and deserve a 10/10!! The view was magnificent, another 10/10!!. The building and outside facilities of the flats were in a very bad state of neglect and we did not expect this, that is why we are warning any future guests. If you are willing to look past this, the stay will be magnificent. The state of the block of flats is very sad, because the interior is exceptional and I am writing this review with very mixed feelings, feeling very sad for the poor owner of the flat, as it seems like there is no body corporate managing the block.

The building in which the unit is located. Location and setting of the building is perfect though, you can not get any better. If I had a do-over, we would probably still go and stay in the same unit, thank you.

The location of the property is excellent. The place is spacious and clean. Great AC and it was great to have a washing machine. The views are spectacular and the trailhead to The Seven Hanging Valleys Trail was right at the parking area. There are many great restaurants near and there is a Spar a 5 minute walk away. The beach in front of the property is beautiful and was never very busy.

I would have liked to have chaise lounge chairs for the patio. There was construction on other flats whilst we were there. Not the fault of the owner but it did get a bit loud at times. The entire property seems to be going through a refresh but Ana’s apartment is perfect.

The view was beyond breathtaking at this apartment. Very close to a fantastic beach and also right on a beautiful cliff top trail. The apartment was clean and comfortable and very good value.

The building itself is run down but the location and views of the apartment make up for that. The apartment is in very good condition.

The Good: Ana has a beautiful apartment. It is in excellent condition. Her furnishings are first class. The location is perfect. Great ocean view from the spacious patio and a 5 minute walk to the beach and an excellent restaurant.

The not so good: The facility itself is shabby. It has not been well maintained over the years. Definitely in need of a face-lift. The concrete walkways are in disrepair. The staircase leading to the beach does not meet 21st century standards, e.g., no hands rail. Animal excrement was left unattended on the walkways. Finally, the doors leading out of the building are clearly marked as fire escapes. However, one was locked from the inside, making exit impossible.

Location was excellent overlooking the beach. Host left some essentials and bottle of wine, coffee pucks

Finding the Building was not clear. Determining how to access as it suggests that can park in the lot, but it is gated. Had to first access the key box, which was in the lot. The Building is very run down and needs lots of work. The Unit itself was well upgraded and offset the deterioration of the Building that it is in.
