Faro Downtown Ria Formosa I

The property was clean and well equipped. Suzannah was delightful, very friendly and informative.

The drains were smelly, not very pleasant. There was a fair amount of noise from outside, road noise, late night revellers etc so not the best night sleep. Front door opens right out onto street.

Location is good. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Very friendly host.

WiFi didn't work. Very noisy. Mechanical noise from the building.

Happy with the apartment, it was clean and comfortable. Location is excellent, just a couple of minutes walk from the restaurants and bars area. We asked our host for restaurant recommendations and they did not disappoint. Good value.

Church bells starting at 8am 😅

Lovely little apartment, great location and perfect for a solo traveller.

It can get quite noisy due to its proximity to a church and being right on the street. Nothing that a good pair of ear plugs didn’t solve!

Great location in the center, staff very friendly and helpful with questions and recommendations, can speak English. Many restaurants nearby. The lock doesn't have a key but a code, which was very practical. The accommodation has so many facilities, full equipped kitchen, kettle, coffee machine, even scissors. In the bathroom 2in1 washing machine and dryer, also hair dryer. Overall we were very satisfied with the stay.

Small shower, high humidity and thus bit of smell, located right next to the church so you can hear the bell. Also cars or scooters driving by.

The location was very close to shops and restaurants. I was a fan of the nespresso. Parking was easy at the nearby church. Other than occasional ant the property was clean.

The property was noisy and smelled of mold/sewage in the bathroom. Shower curtain would stick to you when you showered. Ants on the bathroom window and an occasional mosquito. Street had a decent amount of construction/ abandoned buildings. That seemed to be the case at all of my hotels in the touristy areas of Portugal.

Great location and lovely lady met us to explain how everything worked. Owners quick to respond to requests and organised airport transfer.
