CN150 boutique studio, charming flat

The apartment is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and it's very close to the metro station, which made getting around the city easy and convenient.

There were several issues during our stay. Firstly, there was no soap provided at all, and we were only given two very small bottles of shampoo and shower gel, which were not sufficient for two people staying for four days. We were also provided with just two small, thin rolls of toilet paper, so we had to purchase soap, shower gel, and additional toilet paper ourselves. The sofa in the apartment was stained, so we couldn’t use it, and while the top sheet on the bed was clean, the sheet underneath had visible yellow stains. Additionally, we were given a link to open both the building and flat doors. The flat also had physical keys which we used during our stay. We followed the instructions and left them inside the apartment at checkout. When trying to exit the building, the link didn’t work for the building door, so we attempted to re-enter the flat to retrieve the keys, but the link didn’t work for the flat door either. This caused a lot of stress, as it was 5:50am and we were worried about missing our flight. After multiple failed attempts, we somehow managed to open the apartment door and retrieve the keys to open the building door and to finally leave. Lastly, we were only informed of the city tax at 1:17am on the day of our departure, just a few hours before we left the apartment at 5:50am. If we had been told earlier, we would have paid the tax in cash at the time of checkout. Instead, we had to pay via PayPal after leaving, which was an unnecessary inconvenience. It was frustrating that this information came so late, and to make matters worse, the issue was escalated to Booking by Felipe, the owner, without giving us adequate time to resolve it directly. This left us with a sour taste after what could have been a much better experience.

The apartment is located in a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood. It’s very clean, well-equipped, and just 10 to 15 minutes from the city center and major attractions. A supermarket is conveniently located 100 meters away. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, with clear and fast communication from the owner. There’s plenty of safe, free street parking available. I will definitely book this place again.

Nice, clean, appearing new, well decorated and furnished. Location is not central, but not too far from Metro and easy to find parking. Calm and clean neighborhood

Nothing I didn't like (okay - a little extra toilet paper would be good.... but after all, it is an apartment and not a hotel)

nice and cozy , very tranquil location, lot of parking spaces available in the street , well equipped (dishwasher, kettle , toaster , hair dryer, tv and internet)

Very cozy “designer” studio with all things needed for a comfy stay. All the facilities were available at the property.

Although it is a very cozy neighborhood away from the city rush you need spend a lot of time to travel somewhere. Metro station is close, but you still need to make few changes before reaching so destination away from that area
