Location. Great air-conditioning. Friendly warm personal welcome from João. Easy check-in. Good communication. Flexible check in.

Leaky shower head, although good pressure. Noisy upstairs neighbours on night 2.

"Truly a Warmly Place"

The location relative to the city, the quietness of the apartment, the spaciousness, and all the amenities were excellent. The coffee table on the balcony was the cherry on top. It was the perfect place to feel at home. The welcome was very warm. The host was helpful, assisted us with our questions, and was very polite.

I would give a 4 out of 5 for cleanliness. Overall, it was clean, but I found a few hairs in the bathroom and some glasses with fingerprints—not dirty, but not spotless either.
