Very nice, modern and well equipped apartment.

Small touches like tea, coffee capsules, or disposable slippers were missing, which would have made the stay more comfortable.

The apartment had multiple serious deficiencies, including: * strong smell of mold, moisture, and mustiness * generally unclean condition * missing duvet covers and incomplete bedding upon arrival * hairs on the duvets * worn and damaged furniture * heavily used furniture surfaces, especially chairs with cracked and worn upholstery * a sagging and uncomfortable sofa * deformed and damaged furniture, including the TV cabinet * missing balcony furniture despite being shown/listed * swollen and damaged flooring caused by moisture * worn skirting boards/baseboards * wallpaper peeling off the walls * yellowed and aged lamps * cobwebs on and around the wardrobe * an overall aged, poorly maintained, and neglected condition of the apartment The actual condition of the apartment clearly does not correspond to the description and photos presented in the listing. After I reported the missing bedding, duvet covers were delivered the following day. However, there was no further response or reaction regarding the other reported issues, and no compensation or refund was offered. Due to the hygiene concerns and the poor overall condition, the quality and comfort of the stay were significantly impaired.
