The view is spectacular. We booked this so we could see the fireworks for New Year's Eve. We could see several different fireworks displays. It was wonderful. The location is great and very close to everything. Unfortunately, that's where it ends.

I had high hopes for this place based on the reviews on booking.com. When I went to Google to add it to our map, I noticed several bad reviews. It was too late to cancel or find anything else by then. I hoped for the best. Like I mention, the view is spectacular and the location is great....but that's all. There is severe black mold in the bathroom and the balcony doors. I was nervous since I read a review on Google that said there was very little hot water, this was not the case. We had very hot water...except it was brown. We weren't able to shower the last days we were there. The hot water heater also dripped brown water in the kitchen. The kitchen says to drink the tap water since it's safe, I seriously regret that now. There is only one space heater available. Since we are a family and our boys were on the fold out couch, we opted to leave it in the living room, except it would turn off after 5 minutes. I woke up several times in the night to attempt to turn it back on. Sometimes it did, sometimes it didn't. In the bedroom we were left with just a blanket, albeit a thick blanket. There is also no AC so if you're coming in the summer versus the winter, you'll have a similar issue I imagine. Other smaller issues for us but might be important for the next guest- the wifi barely worked and the microwave did not work at all. This was truly disappointing and really could be fixed with some bleach and a coat of paint, an extra space heater, and a deep clean. I'm shocked it's able to be listed on booking. I cant imagine the other reviews are real. I wanted to like this place since it seems like it was someone's grandma's house that they converted so I want to support, but it was awful. The owner has not responded to my messages. I hate to leave a bad review but these issues need to be fixed for this place to be habitable.

The location and view of this place are indeed nice, as many reviews mention. However, what mattered most to me was being able to sleep comfortably. I chose this accommodation because it was listed as having two bedrooms, but in reality, it had only one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. My brother and I booked it expecting to have two separate rooms for a comfortable rest, but that wasn’t the case. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, and overall, the apartment felt much less comfortable than an average one. If location and view are your priorities, this place might suit you. But if you value a good night’s sleep and a truly comfortable space, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Die Wohnung hat eine fantastische Lage mit einer tollen Aussicht auf den Fluss. Die Gegend ist sehr ansprechend und die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Wohnung wieder buchen. Top
