the location right on the street and the partially tinted window gave a bit oppressive feeling but for a short stay this is no big issue. The vent in the bathroom is noisy.

Air-condition( heating system)

Excellent location in Bolhão, close to lively pedestrian street and metro, but at the same time the apartment is located on a quiet street. The place is clean and very well maintained, has all the kitchen utensils, fridge, blow dryer, iron and ironing board, an aircon/heater etc. I loved having a bedroom upstairs, it's like a separate room and there's a lot of place to store the clothes there. André is an excellent host, the communication was flawless, all the questions were answered almost immediately.
