Pristine clean and responsive hosts. Also great location with an excellent view of the central canal.

The location is fabulous with gorgeous views of the water and city centre with the location only a 5 minute walk to the centre where all the tourists and attractions are. We were greeted by Margarida, who is very kind and helpful in sending a lot of information on the town and suggestions for sightseeing and food. The city of Aviero is stunning and has much to offer ( including the outside of the tourist town centre). My elderly- ish mother appreciated that the accommodation had a lift and that the route to get to the town had very little hills. The water pressure in the bathrooms is marvellous and makes for a wonderful shower experience. Alongside the shampoo and body soap provided. The renovated space is gorgeous with the traditional tiles and modern layout. We were gifted a bottle of sparkling wine and the towns famous dessert Olvos Moles - delicious 😋

Unfortunately, the single bed is very uncomfortable - you can literally rub your hand over it and feel the springs of the matress. The pillows were quite thin and only had 3 per queen bed, which had the 2 couples taking turns in who got the extra pillows. I ended up rolling my clothes up to make an additional pillow. I have a sensitive neck and back, so this may have been why it was difficult for me to sleep. The flat, although equipped nicely, had no paper towels or napkins, which made it hard to eat at the accommodation. I would have preferred these items instead of the wine and dessert we were gifted.

Las vistas de los canales fueron impresionantes. Las instalaciones de primera. Quizás la TV un poco pequeña. Los vecinos de la planta baja de la rampa muy agradables.

Todo bien. El aparcamiento complicado y poco sitio

El alojamiento estaba genial. Todo muy limpio y cuidado al detalle. Henrique nos acogió de manera espléndida.

El colchón de la habitación principal (con baño en suite) y el de la cama individual eran bastante malos y se clavaban los muelles.

We had such a great stay here! Location is excellent. Great views of the Ria and the city. A 2min walk to the Moliceiros ferries, a 5min walk to Forum Aveiro, a 5min walk to the infamous Cais da Tosca restaurant and a 6min walk to a grocery store (Paradi Supermarket). Salt museum and the University of Aveiro are both within a stone's throw too. The apartment is cozy, neat and modern. The photos don't tell the full story. Its equipped with all the essential kitchen utensils, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a kettle, a fridge, a tv, a dinner table. 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 en-suite, all with good natural light, good views, and aircons. The owners are not from this world either. They made the effort to go open the apartment for us on arrival. And on departure we forgot a necklace, which they happily couriered it back to us. Unbelievable! This was our 3rd time visiting Aveiro, and going forward we have a home to stay! Obrigado Henrique!

There is really nothing not to like about this property.

It was a very nice apartment. So much more stunning than the photos. The view was beautiful. Check in was very smooth.

The car park was very tight and busy.

El apartamento con una limpieza de 10. Todo el apartamento es nuevo, super luminoso y a un paso del centro. Tienen todas las habitaciones aire acondicionado y tele. Se puede ver desde el apartamento el paso de las barcas tradicionales El aparcamiento del primer día lo hicimos en uno público a pocos metros por 3 euros el día pero ya por la noche muy fácil encontrar justo debajo de el sitio Con Uber desplazamientos a playa por 5 euros

El portal y las escaleras del edificio no están a la altura de lo bonito que está el apartamento. Cuando entras piensas a ver donde me he metido y cuando abres la puerta ves lo bonito que es todo
