Fantastic location, really comfortable well furnished apartment.

Wasn’t a fan of the keyless entry (you have to use your phone). Despite the instructions it’s still wasn’t as clear as they imagined they were. Would be very challenging for people without smart phones.

Communication was speedy and efficient. Location superb.

Wifi was a little weak at times.

Fine rom med 4 bad. Veldig god beliggenhet. Stille så lenge vinduene er lukket.

Det var varmebølge og klimaanlegget skrudde seg stadig av og måtte resettes. Brukte en stund før vi skjønte at vi måtte resette ligikken med å ta av sikring i 2 minutter v jevne mellomrom.

Lovely old building, fantastic location in city centre, great city, clean apartment, everything we needed, comfortable, very smart, comfy beds, nice catch rooms & en-suites, just a great experience.

Slight issue with air on, couldn’t get it to work with instructions from host. I hadn’t reported it until the Sunday-my fault. The host turned out & fixed the settings. Top marks. Squeaky floorboards, take that all day for such a lovely conversion, so an observation rather than a complaint.

Great location , really central, good AC and comfy beds.

Slightly patchy WiFi but it didn’t cause us a major issue !

It is a very nice, clean apartment in a wonderful location. It is walking distance to all the main sites to visit in Porto. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was quiet at night. We were very pleased with the place.

We struggled getting the ac to cool sufficiently. We called the office and they stopped by while we were on an outing and resolved the issue. We returned to a nice, cool and comfortable apartment.

great that we all had our own private bathroom

Would be nice to have coffee and tea and salt n pepper maybe?

Only a small thing but towels could be better quality.
