"Appartement agréable, très bien situé, calme, au frais."

Le logement est extrêmement bien situé, dans la rue Santa Catarina, juste avant le début de la rue piétonne. Il est en sous-sol, ce qui peut surprendre à l'arrivée, mais il y a une petite cour privative dehors avec table et chaises et cela reste frais malgré la chaleur. C'est très propre et fonctionnel avec deux toilettes, une douche, deux lavabos.

Il n'y a qu'une chambre séparée, avec deux lits simples. Dans la pièce principale il y a deux lits superposés près du canapé et du côté de la terrasse, à l'opposé des deux premiers lits superposés, se trouvent 4 lits superposés. Cela peut manquer d'intimité. Nous n'étions que 3 et ça allait mais sinon ça conviendrait plus à un couple avec plusieurs enfants ou à une bande d'amis que ça ne dérange pas.

Pedro fue muy amable. El apartamento tiene mucha luz, persianas eléctricas y está bien ubicado. Precio razonable. Dos tipos de almohada lo cual para mí es importante.

Se anuncia como un apartamento de 50 metros pero no los tiene. Tampoco las vistas se corresponden con las fotos del anuncio, lo que me llamó la atención porque.no sé si están hechas con IA. Estábamos en el 4to con luz y vista despejada pero nada de tejados, muy distinto. No me gustó que no se correspondiese.

El departamento esta cuidado, limpio y tiene buena ubicacion

Para 3 adultos es muy pequeño y resulta incomodo. El sofa cama deja sin lugar para sentarse comodo. Es demasiado ruidoso

"Porto non è un luogo ma un sentimenton"

L'appartamento molto accogliente pulito e dotato di ogni confort si trova al centro storico vicino alla fermata della metro. Ci ha accolte Pedro gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni ns.richiesta nonostante parlasse solo spagnolo.Lo consiglio vivamente e spero di ritornarci.

"Poto è meravigliosa ,la gente è ospitale,gentile e disponibile."

Appartamento piccolo,semplice,funzionale.Comodo per raggiungere tutti i servizi a piedi con passeggiate da 5 a 20 minuti…Ideale per 2/3 persone,perfetto come punto di appoggio per lavarsi e dormire.

Pulizia un po’ scarsa.Presenza di scarafaggi di notte(acquistato spray x baratas!)

"Comodo e tranquillo, vicino alla zona pedonale."

Appartamento molto carino, adiacente al centro ma tranquillo. Pulito. Con angolo cottura. Proprietario molto Gentile. Vicino a tutto.

Si sente lo scarico dei vicini di casa. Il letto a castello cigolava.
