BnB Homes Ocean view Apartment with 3 spacious Terraces, 2 Swimming pools & Tennis court

The balconies and views are amazing and what we enjoyed the most. The kitchen was well set up and had a few items like dish soap, some spices and coffee which was very nice/helpful. We had some minor issues, and they were resolved quickly. Yana helped us at check in and came by to fix our problems. It's very helpful that the people running the apartment live in the same complex. Grocery shopping and restaurants are about a 15-minute walk away.

The double bed is comfortable but very squeaky on one side. It makes noise getting in and out and rolling over. We are big walkers, but if you can't climb hills, this might not be the place for you. There is car parking but we didn't use it. The pool is nice but unheated, so a little chilly in April.

Warmwasser wird mit einem Durchlauferhitzer erwärmt, welcher jedoch mindestens 2- 3 Mal pro Tag neu gestartet werden muss. Dazu muss man auf einen Stuhl steigen, um den auf einer Höhe von ca. 2.5 m angebrachten Stecker ausziehen zu können. Vor dem Duschen muss man immer prüfen, ob Warmwasser kommt und darf dieses nicht ausschalten, da sonst eventuell der Piezozünder nicht funktioniert. Wasserdruck bei gleichzeitiger Benützung von zwei Wasserhahnen fällt ab. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über keinen Tisch und keine Stühle, lediglich über zwei Sofas und einen kleinen Beistelltisch. Der einzige Tisch steht in der Küche in der Ecke und dort muss man gegen die Wand schauen. Lediglich auf einem der kleinen Balkone ist eine billiger Liegestuhl vorhanden. Auf dem grossen Balkon steht ein schwerer Tisch mit 4 unbequemen Stühlen und auf dem kleinen Balkon gegen den Pool hin, ist ein kleiner Tisch mit zwei Stühlen. Sehr wenige Abstellmöglichkeiten in der Wohnung. Der Kühlschrank ist in einem schlechten Zustand (defekte und fehlende Ablagefächer). Bei den beiden Swimming-Pools handelt es sich zwar um eine schöne Anlage mit zwei Becken. Das Becken oberhalb kann jedoch nicht als Swimming-Pool bezeichnet werden, sondern eher als Kinder-Planschbecken, da es lediglich ca. 45 cm tief ist. Das unterhalb liegende Becken hat wenigstens eine Tiefe von max. 1.45 m, so dass man dort zumindest schwimmen kann. Die Parkgarage ist über eine extrem steile, schmale und in einer Kurve liegenden Zufahrt zu erreichen. Autos mit tiefem Spoiler oder ungeübte Fahrern würde ich diese Garage nicht empfehlen. Sie wird auch nicht von vielen Gästen benützt. Man kann aber das Auto ausserhalb parkieren. Die Anfahrt zur Wohnanlage führt über mehrere kurvige schmale Strassen. Der Preis von ca. 170 EURO (ohne Reinigung) ist meines Erachtens für dieses Appartement zu hoch. Auf meine Anfrage ob eine Anreise etwas früher möglich wäre, wurde durch den Vermieter nur knapp auf die Angaben im Mietvertrag hingewiesen.

Beautiful views, extremely clean and well kept. Parking, nice pool. We stayed one night but could easily stayed longer. Comfortable double bed, although the two sofa beds were not very comfortable but ok.

Everything was perfect but you should know it’s quite a steep walk up from the center.

Loved all the natural light and kitchen with laundry . A grocery store and small pub close by were appreciated. Great place to take day trips from .

The bed was not very comfortable, broken supports underneath caused a lot of creaking . The pool temperature was like ice , so unusable . The location was ok but it was quite a walk downhill to get to old town or the marina . The walk uphill everyday was challenging . Having a car in this location is a good idea .

Lovely views from the spacious apartment. There are 3 balconies. Great to have our breakfast in the sun. Its clean and comfortable. The host responded very quickly when we had a couple of small issues. You need a car to stay there as it is high up. And it has underground parking. Walking into the old town is about 15 minutes.

A couple of small things lacking like a tray for carrying food to the balcony and a basket to take the laundry to dry on the balcony. These are just small things that could make a difference.

Fantastic views of both the sea and the shared pool (with waterfall). A very nice and efficiently furnished apartment where we stayed with our three teenagers in October. We had a rental car, but it doesn’t take long to walk to and from the town, so it works well even without a car. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommend this accommodation.
