The location, the washing machine and the dryer.

The stove was hard to turn on. The apartment got humid pretty quickly and started to smell a bit of mould. No balcony to hang wet stuff. It would be nice a better tv.

The location was nice and close to the sea, but also to the shops and restaurants. The property was quite clean and contained several booklets of information about the island. It was also easy to acquire the key of the property. We really liked the beds they were quite firm.

A few things could be improved, but these are relatively minor things. We really missed a good breadknive and a saucepan for boiling eggs, also some extra towel racks in the bathroom are really a must. And better curtains in the bedroom to really make it dark, because now there was to much light.

Great facilities, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Well laid out and lots of living room space too. ample on street parking available for free too and host was very responsive. Close by to town of Ribeira Grande and great base to explore the island to the East and West if you don’t want to be in Ponta Delgado. excellent value for money.

Kitchen could do with a kettle. There was a coffee machine, but as alternative for making teas, getting hot water. Hot water took a minute or two to come on for shower but once it did was great.

The host was very nice and helpful, she even provided us with washing powder when we asked for it, it was very nice to spend the night in this place.
