La situation est magnifique avec une superbe vue mer. Propreté et ménage intermédiaire très bien

L'équipement ménager de la cuisine est très sous dimensionné (vaisselle, couverts ...) et très vieillissant ( casseroles, poêles...) quand il n'est pas manquant Le canapé hors d'âge est très incomfortable L'éclairage du séjour est très sous dimensionné ( séjour effectué en février ) Présence perpétuelle de fourmis dans la cuisine et la salle de bain Taxe exagérée de 50 € pour la présence d'un petit chien

Su ubicación es perfecta, muy privado y acceso directo a una pequeña playa que la hace privada. Rita es una excelente persona siempre atenta a la llegada, estancia y salida, comunicación confiable.

No tengo quejas, todo fue positivo para mi.

The view, the location and the beach was very close to get to. Walking to both new and old town was easy and many shops nearby.

The Apartment could have done with a few updates, and cleaned better. The patio windows needs cleaning - the bedroom quilt was no cover, the door knob was broken, and bedding in closet melt unfresh- The lifts were out of order all week.

The view is good.

They don’t have a auto check in and you have to meet someone. The worst part is their check in time only between 4pm to 8pm. If you are late , they charge you 25 euro. We got there at 8:30pm. And they charged us 25 euro. The kitchen is dirty. All the appliances are sticky. And glasses are sticky too.Very gross. And ants are running around in the kitchen. The kitchen is also tiny. Only one person can be in the kitchen. The bed is not comfortable at all. It’s super small. We are a couple with a 3 year old. At every other place, we can always fit in one bed. Not not here. One of us has to sleep on the couch. And they don’t have any extra sheet or comforter at all. The worst part is they charge you a 400 euro security deposit and find every reason to charge you after you check out.

The view from the balcony is the highlight of the apartment and basically the main reason one would want to stay there. The almost private beach is steps away from the apartment. The apartment was very clean, dry and had almost everything needed for a short stay. The manager Rita was very nice and responsive. We had a very peaceful, relaxing few days with the great views of the ocean from the balcony. Although expensive, we didn't regret staying there.

The kitchentte needs upgrading. Most utensils - pots and pans were damaged. There were no condiments at all not even coffee pods for the coffee maker, or sugar. We didn't use the washing machine but there was no detergent for the machine either. Some basic things such as coffee, sugar, Salt & Pepper and maybe a bottle of water is nice to have so the person arriving doesn't have to go shopping right away. Also the closest mini mercado is about 15-20 minute walk. So a car is needed to stay in this apartment. We didn't have any issue with the parking as most of the building seemed empty but in summer the parking would be an issue. The bedroom layout is very weird, it's basically in a hole. The bed size is very small for 2 people. We were 2. One of us had to sleep on the sofa. Sofa is a sofabed but the mattress on that was so bad that I decided not to use the sofa bed, rather slept on the sofa cushions which was much better.
