Best Houses 61 - Lusiadas II

The location was very very good. In a beautiful old street facing the most popular restaurant in Peniche. The kitchen was fairly good equipped and the overall apartment was in a very good condition.

The apartment had 3 double beds and 2 of the beds smelled like someone slept over for a few days. Those bed sheets and pillows were not fresh, that's period. We only needed 1 bed for my wife and I as it was just us in the apartment. We didn't complain about the issue at our arrival at the apartment and beginning of our holidays to avoid of any upsetting on our first day of holidays. We've stayed in for a full 2 weeks. On the last day of our stay we received a message from our host to leave a feedback about our stay and any issues that we've faced during our stay. I've called the host and pointed out the issue about unwashed bed covers and pillows. The host did not accept any of my feedback in regards to the issue saying that all beds were freshly cleaned at our arrival calling me a liar pretty much. My point to the host Houses 61 is, once you ask for a feedback and you can't deal with the answer please don't ask your customers for one. Terrible customer service.

Clean apartment and nice furniture

Location in fromt of a crowded restaurant 12h a day - entrance is full of people and smells fish&chips Beds are outdated and small. Impossible to sleep 2 people at two of the beds.

Lovely apartment. Clean. Bright. Very good kitchen.

We weren’t told that the boiler was powered by a gas bottle. It ran out and we didn’t have hot water.
