LovelyStay - Wide & Bright 4 Families

Apartamento amplio, cómodo.

There's nothing to like here, the smell in the apartment together with the overal bad state of it made us decide to leave directly after the first night and book another place, rather than staying the three nights we had booked. The location is off, the building is not in the nicest area of town and there are homeless people walking and sleeping around in the street during the evening.

You have to pick up the keys some 20 minutes away by car at the offices of LovelyStay (GimmeMoney is more appropriate). We got to the apartment which smelled like sewage and was not cleaned. We tried to find a solution with LovelyStay, which claims to have many fantastic properties around Lisbon, but figured out that this is a real-estate company that advertises their skill of making tourists pay the most they can (check-out their website) rather than being a hospitality business that welcomes "guests".

It has a big kitchen, a big terrace and it is really close to the city and the metro (Anjos station)

The beds were comfortable and with nice linen. The Apartment was clean.

The pictures showed a total of 3 showers distributed on two bathrooms. But in one bathroom - the smaller, shared one - one shower was blocked by an installed cupboard. So you only have 2 showers and 2 WC for a total of 7 family members. In Addition the (magnetic ) lock on one bathroom door did not work, the door could not be classe and was only repaired after several days and reclamations including video-proof to be send. In one dormitory was mould around one window, it was cleaned after several days of reclamation and the need for sending fotos. The Apartment looks used. A lot of marks on walls and floors. The hanging of the pictures on the wall are embarrassing.
