1. Close to Metro subway.

1. No storage for luggage prior to check in.(we had informed them earlier of us coming early to the site) 2. Poor timely management responses to our queries. 3. None or not enough basic needs like bathroom hand soap, toilet paper, dish washing soap, garbage liner. 4. Too hot at night. No air conditioning and no portable fan/s. Management finally ordered the fan but never delivered. 5. Opened windows at night to get air but too noisy (traffic noise).
