Terreiro da Erva House

Super sejour de 4 jours dans cette appartement bien spacieux , tres bien agencé et très bien équipé et en plus très bien situé , je le recommande vivement pour decouvrir Coimbra et alantours.

La ubicación .

El sofá era muy incómodo, imposible dormir en él y estaba sucio. Para entrar al edificio tuvimos problemas porque no funcionó el sistema que nos explicaron. Por suerte, entró una vecina y pudimos acceder a la caja de seguridad del apartamento. Nadie nos dió ninguna explicación ni nos pidieron disculpas.

It was perfect for my purpose which was to be in a residence in Coimbra while my son trained in the local football academy AAC. The flat is central, the flat is spacious, airy and bright, the kitchen has sufficient vessels so you can cook, there is a washing machine, a cleaning lady comes once a week to do a deep clean of the flat, there is a good security system so you feel safe. My son visits once a week and he can sleep over if need be.

Nothing major

Access secure and 2 lifts up to the floor of the apartment fast and clean. Large supermarket and bakers so close that really easy to buy breakfast items. Cafe just round from the entrance with very reasonable lunches and early evening food. Short stroll on the flat to the riverside walks.Convenient to the Coimbra station (not main station) and bus depots. Nice art work and decoration in a spacious apartment.

Would have liked some salt and pepper and sugar in the cupboards and a few glasses suitable for red wine. Needed to buy washing machine soap.Kettle was not working but host advised at end of stay. Really difficult to find kitchen light because the fridge had been moved against the wall ( 2 days after arriving found the switch)
