the layout is great, plenty of space if you need a property to share with friends

The inner patio was a bit dusty, but we made it work :)

Lovely contemporary decor and fantastic layout. Great kitchen, lovely big tv in lounge and tvs in the bedrooms. Cute walled courtyard. Lots of bars, cafes and shops within walking distance. Lovely and spacious basement apartment.

Issues with the aircon. Damp in the winter but wouldn’t be an issue in the summer. unfortunately we went in February so in the mornings the moisture in the rooms was so bad it was dripping off the windows. We all ended up with respiratory infections due to the damp. We were advised to put the aircon on to stop this but it blew out cold air so in February at night time this is not what you want to do when it’s 5 degrees. No plug for the bath so pointless having it there.

some minor mingles could be easily dealt with (lazy shower drain, loose shower head). loud neighbours.
