Location good, comfortable enough for a couple of days, not too long

Never saw any staff, balcony doors didn’t lock, the shower had approx 3 minutes of heat before turning ice cold, apartment block was strange

The fact that there were no elevators, making it extremely difficult with luggage. Parking was also very challenging

The property was very smart and in a great location by the old town.

I experienced some issues with being able to open the door. I understand you have to pull the handle towards you and then turn it, but this proved tricky on a few occasions. Also there didn’t appear to be many staff around just in case we had questions about the property etc.

Apartment was clean. However, from the pictures on booking.com, I thought it would be more roomy. There are no English channels on TV despite it saying satellite TV. It has a couple of random ones but not full channels and was told by the agent who let us in said every other apartment has more channels but not ours. Small lounge area than what I was expecting, the sofa was covered by a brown cover, which looked horrible and not nice to sit on. The apartment is located on a steep walk, which is really hard to walk up. if, like me, you have mobility issues. Even if you haven't It's a hard walk. Bedroom nice and bed comfy. Bathroom good. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. It is clean and modern. The balcony is so small and narrow. Nice view, but very small. The dining area is roomy and the table and chairs are nice. Communication with agent for keys were vert goog

When i booked the apartment I looked at the nice pictures and was expecting a really lovely roomy apartment however I was disappointed on arrival our room was much smaller and no where near as glamorous as when we were expecting. I am very disappointed with satellite TV and walk up to the apartment

Location, the apartment was bright and spacious, well equipped and very clean

Location, large balcony and communal pool.

Beds were not the most comfortable and the property required a late check-in fee for an 8pm arrival by train. Welcome package was a nice service but left a bit to be desired.
