Old Town Beach Apartments

Location & quiet exclusive environment. Lovely apartment with nice view. Property manager was very helpful and expedient in providing assistance.

In summary, old decor and bare minimum facilities provided. Furniture in apartment was old, with stained couches & outdoor furniture requiring maintenance. Broken toaster was expediently replaced by property manager, however, the main kitchen crockery cupboard hinge was broken making it difficult to extract dishes. Sparse kitchen equipment & no oven tray. Only one toilet roll/garbage bag provided & no linen exchange for an 8 night stay was disappointing. The roof terrace had an amazing view, but sadly has been neglected with only a couple of tired old sun lounges & no other outdoor furniture other than an old rusty unusable bbq. As the apartment is above club entrance, there were noisy arrivals and pickups at odd hours.

Everything! The apartment was really spacious, had absolutely all you'd need. Location close enough to oldtown (literally mins walk) but far enough where you felt privacy and quiet at night. Kevin was so helpful during the stay. Thomas was great giving all the necessary check in/out details.

The only negative I can find is that some of the deck chairs were broken. There was always plenty of seating though to choose another, so it didn't cause upset.

Very well appointed apartment with everything you need. Excellent location with easy access to Old Town. Very quiet street so sleeping was easy. Lovely view from balcony but absolutely amazing view from the rooftop terrace. Excellent communications with Thomas.

Furniture on balcony a bit worn and damaged. Parking was very hit & miss but that's not the responsibilty of owner but just something to be aware of if using a hire car.

Great location, easy walk into the old town, bit of a hill coming back, small supermarket couple of minutes away. Apartment was great well equipped, nice big balcony, close to the pool, we were also able to order a welcome pack which is great when you have a late arrival time.

This is a very minor thing, we found we were fighting for mirrors, one in each bedroom would be useful.

The apartment was very clean and matched the description and pics on booking.com. Pool was an added plus. Very close proximity to escalators and just adequately away from the noise. Management team very helpful.

Location was good, very central. Spa store was very handy. The old town gets very noisy at night which meant we had to keep the windows closed.

Being on the lower level there was a musty smell in the hallway until the pool door was opened. There was a nasty smell from the bathroom drains. Being in the master bedroom it also made the bedroom smell. Although efforts were made to correct this it improved slightly but continued throughout our stay.

Can't think of anything I didn't like.

wouldn’t of thought it was the right venue for 4 young lads jumping in the pool at 2am Won’t be going back.
