LovelyStay - Turquoise River View II

Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento Lovelystay e tutto è stato perfetto. La posizione è ottima, a pochi minuti dal centro, vicinissima al mare e circondata da tantissimi ristoranti e locali. Ideale per muoversi a piedi e vivere la città. L’appartamento è molto pulito, spazioso, elegante e ben arredato, con una vista sul mare davvero spettacolare. La cucina è completa e funzionale, perfetta per chi vuole sentirsi come a casa. Il personale di Lovelystay è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale, pronto ad aiutarci con consigli utili su cosa vedere e dove mangiare. In sintesi: un soggiorno comodo, rilassante e di qualità. Lo consiglio assolutamente e ci tornerei volentieri!

Property is in a lovely quiet area just outside of the main centre of Lisbon, however there is lots to do locally with restaurants, bars and cafes all within a short walking distance. Tucked away in a little back alleyway, there are quite steep indoor stairs up to the property which could be troublesome with more luggage, but wasn't a problem. The apartment was the perfect size and setup for what we needed. Generally everything was clean and the amenities provided were all working and useful. The view from the main room "balcony" is amazing especially during the mornings and can be seen through a similar window from the bedroom which is a nice touch. Had some slight problems regarding our door entry code as it wasn't initially clear that I had to follow an external link to retrieve them, but staff were attentive in resolving this issue (even when calling at 1am) and from then on the access was easy.

Upon arrival we found a cockroach in the bedroom and a short time later what I can only describe as the biggest cockroach I have ever seen ran across the main room floor. Managed to deal with both of these and disposed of them outside, however wasn't a pleasant start to our stay - appreciate this is largely due to the fact the apartment isn't lived in 24/7 and the warm climate and we had no further bug problems. Our main issue was the CONSTANT noise of what we could only assume was rats scurrying around inside the ceiling of the bedroom throughout the night! Kept us awake most of the first night and from then would wake us up numerous times the following nights...maybe because we just got used to the noises and learnt to accept it. Was highly disturbing and just not a nice experience for either of us - we experienced the noises sometimes during the day when we were in the apartment, but nowhere near as much as night. Sometimes the noise would extend down the wall directly behind the bed...unsure if this is a new problem as no other reviews have reported this and one would assume its an easy thing to rectify, but it was borderline unbearable.

Our stay in Lisbon was absolutely fantastic, made even better by the incredible river view from our accommodation. Waking up to the sight of the Tagus River every morning was a dream, and the sunsets were simply breathtaking. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close enough to explore the city’s vibrant streets, historical landmarks, and amazing restaurants The apartment itself was stylish, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home If you’re visiting Lisbon and want a place that offers both relaxation and easy access to the city, I highly recommend staying here. The river view alone makes it worth it

The stay was amazing, but I wish they had a washing machine for added convenience. It would have been helpful, especially for longer stays

Overall the flat and amenities were great. The view was beautiful even on a rainy day. The location was perfect with lots of traditional restaurants nearby.

Although there were cupboards that resembled wardrobes in the bedroom, these had no rails so you couldn't hang those annoying pieces of clothing like shirts. But overall this was not a big deal.

The balcony could be more well taken care of, the floor is dirty and all black with some kind of mold i guess, the sofa has a few stains and what really disappointed me was the internet, there was literally no wifi on the first 3 days, i was contacting the property management and they only said that they were “working on it”. Don’t get me wrong the view and the place itself is really nice, a lot of steep stairs tho, so if you wanna disconnect from the social media or if you don’t care about internet i would really recommend this place. But if like me you need internet to work, then don’t go there, the internet is really really terrible
