Lovely apartment, very quiet and felt very safe

I left the place spotless and got charged €20 for a bin bag I apparently left.it seems very steep and I am sure I emptied all the bins

2nd bedroom was a bit tight on space but served its purpose as we didn’t spend much time indoors due to the massive pool, fantastic location and great weather.

The Location was good and the outdoor areas were immaculate although could be better equipped for the size of the property. Kitchen was well-equipped and large comfortable sofa.

It was ok but the apartment is underwhelming. It wasn’t very clean and the rooms badly need updated. The second bedroom was just two beds and a locker. The “balcony” was extremely small with no room for entertaining. The outside area just hasn’t enough beds/chairs to deal with the amount of people. The “check-in” was not ideal as the place is a MAZE. There are letter and number on each of the apartments but not much of a methodological order. We arrived after midnight and spent AN HOUR looking for the apartment and the car parking space in the pitch dark. We eventually found it but a lot of people would have given up and slept in their car. It needs some sign posts or at least directions from the hosts.

Great location about a 10 minute walk to the main Tavira square, restaurants the main municipal market and dock to catch the ferry to Tavira island. Excellent swimming pool, perfect for my 4 and 9 year old. Quiet peaceful and relaxing, highly recommended for families!

The outdoor space within the convent is beautiful. As soon as you open the door, there is the scent of jasmine. There is a wonderful swimming pool, unheated but lovely on the sunny days in March. The condo is well-equiped, with very good Bosch appliances. There are lots of dishes and cooking utensils. The TV works well.

The towels were thin and small. The shower area was very slippery. We were shocked to find we needed to buy our own bar soap. Toilet paper was not replaced. The bed was very soft. This condo has been well-used and things look a little tired.

A lot wasn’t working or not explained when we arrived. Linens were poor quality and or worn out. Some kitchen basics were not there.
