"Wohnung und Lage sind gut, aber…"

Größe und Lage der Unterkunft. Relativ ruhig. Bequeme Betten.

Die Wassertemperatur ist nicht regulierbar. Es gibt nur heiß oder kalt, nichts dazwischen. Keine Ersatzhandtücher. Am Anfang keine Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher da, wurden dann aber gebracht. Baustellenlärm. Schaden im Badezimmer. Sehr schlechte Erfahrung bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Trotz rechtzeitiger Vereinbarung war niemand zum Check in da. Keine Telefonnummer verfügbar und auf die Nachrichten hat lange niemand reagiert. Dank der sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterin des Hotels gegenüber mussten wir nicht nach einer langen Anreise bei 30 Grad auf der Straße warten. Als die Dame zur Schlüsselübergabe endlich kam, war sie sehr unfreundlich, erzählte nur, wie gestresst sie wäre und dass sie den Haustürschlüssel nicht hätte, weil niemand wisse, wo dieser sei. Ist dann wieder mit ihrem Roller weggefahren und hat uns nochmal 20 Minuten vor der Tür stehen lassen. Auf ihr Auftreten angesprochen, wurde sie etwas freundlicher und schob alles auf die schlechte Organisation bei ihrem Arbeitgeber. Sehr unprofessionell. Sorry, aber so etwas haben wir echt noch nicht erlebt.

"Lizbona przepiękna"

Położenie apartamentu, w centrum ale przy bocznej cichej uliczce. Dużym udogodnieniem jest winda , pokoje przestronne i gustownie urządzone. Byliśmy w dwie pary , było nam wygodnie.

Pani która przywiozła klucze ( na skuterze ), lekko spóźniona ale widać że bardzo się spiesząca . Nawet nie zdjęła kasku. Kontakt tylko przez stone booking . Raz spytaliśmy gdzie znajdziemy czajnik elektryczny ( który jest w opisie apartamentu) dostaliśmy odpowiedź z nazwami sklepu.

The apartment is spacious, impeccably maintained. The kitchen has all the necessary tools and equipment for cooking. The beds are wide and comfortable for sleeping. The apartment is on a quiet street. The location of the apartment is convenient. The city center is within walking distance. It takes just a few minutes to reach the metro or bus stop.

Everything was great. I have no complaints.

Die ruhige und perfekte Lage im Zentrum. Hugo war sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.
