LovelyStay - Sao Domingos Apartment

The location of the apartment was excellent and there were plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The apartment was well furnished and comfortable and had everything we needed for a four night stay. The apartment was 5 minutes walk from the river front and from the railway station.

There could have been some information where you can leave your luggage if you arrive early like we did (the best option is to use the left luggage lockers at the railway station). There is no oven or microwave in the apartment in case you wanted to do some cooking.

Lovely little apartment in the best location if you want to be in the center of it all.

We just had a little hiccup with the electronic code not working when we arrived but the staff were very quick to help us with a key!

Really lovely apartment. Comfy sofa, Netflix on the TV to use, really comfy bed and pillows. Lift up to the fourth floor (thankfully as I’m 6m pregnant!)

Could have given a couple more tea bags and coffee capsules than only 2. So we had to do without for the last morning.

Style of the apartment and the location

Unfortunately the road outside was barriered off and roadworks were underway however there was no work and therefore no noise. We appreciate that this was completely out of the control of the hosts. Could have been improved with an oven or even a microwave We had some problems locating the property and then the door codes did not appear when we arrived. We eventually were given a master code as the system was not working. It was an inconvenience however the overall assistance was good.
