Location, facilities. Cleanliness, communication, the sofa bed was great which is a rare thing. Bed good as well. Great ventilation

The shower head was poor. Keyboard a bit tricky to open but we got better at it. Another towel hanger would have been useful.

Great location - everything you could need for self catering although nearby restaurants were amazing - quick replies to my queries.

Tem inconveniente das escadas e do local que também fica em rua íngreme, não é adequado para alguém com problema de mobilidade.

Nice location on a very quiet street. Lots of restaurants nearby and fairly central to attractions. The apartment was comfortable. The communication from staff was excellent and very organized. Would definitely book here again.

I loved that we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. We were close to restaurants and the historical sites we wanted to see.

Great location within walking distance to most sites, and easily accessible from the airport via public transport. Communication regarding check-in was easy, and the apartment was really well equipped with everything one could need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. There were even complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine waiting for me upon arrival. Would definitely come back and recommend.
