Localização perto do palácio de cristal. Sossegado. Fácil de estacionar. Terraço grande. O apartamento é lindo e bem decorado. A cozinha tem todos os assessórios e está bem equipada. O anfitrião muito simpático e atencioso. Obrigada pelo atendimento.

É necessário fazer algumas alterações. Como as janelas que são simples e não isolem do frio. Tendo janelas térmicas permitem de guardar o calor no apartamento não sendo necessário o ar condicionado. Acho que seria uma mais valia. Necessário alterar a pequena prateleira da casa de banho e de trocar o jarro elétrico. De resto estava tudo impecável.
