La douche.

C'est désolant ! Mobilier vétuste et peu confortable (matelas sur les ressorts, terrasse délabrée avec mobilier en piteux état). Les Équipements cassés (stores dans la chambre, cafetière, grille-pain...): pas moyen de se faire un café pour déjeuner ! Honteux !!! Interdiction de toucher à la climatisation qui était réglée sur 26 degrés quand nous sommes arrivés en pleine canicule ! Bref, ce logement ne vaut absolument pas son prix (150€ la nuit) et mériterait une remise à neuf complète...

Es un pedazo de ático con 2 terrazas fabulosas el aire acondicionado funciona bien y esta todo como nuevo. La zona para aparcar es buena aunque hay zona azul pero solo hasta las 19.00 horas, la ducha es espectacular no he visto una ducha tan grande en mi vida

Loved the fact that we had two balconies - something very rare where we were staying. Beds were very comfortable and linen pristine. Apartment was clean and shower was amazing - literally large enough for a whole family!! Also although during the day the little road below us was 'lively ' at night it was perfectly quiet. Sleep was no problem at all with only the odd emergency siren to be heard as we were pretty close to a very busy hospital.

Sadly although the balconies are a huge selling point they are desperately in need of repair. The decking was in a pretty bad state and could be a bit risky for anyone with mobility problems. They could all be repaired and levelled with just a bit of money invested . We also discovered on our first night that the two large sliding did not lock. We contacted Manuel who came the next day and after agreeing with us said he would return and mend them he never actually did fix them so we had ten days without being able to secure the apartment. Admittedly it was unlikely that anyone would attempt to get in but it's not something you expect from your holiday apartment. Just a bit of money spent and it would have been a good apartment. Bed settee is VERY uncomfortable.

Nice, clean apartment in great localization. We liked the decor.

Probably due to the massive rain in Porto, we survived ant invasion in one of the bedrooms.

The location was good and the two terraces were nice to use. All appliances worked. Good access to public transport

The apartment was not clean and in need of maintenance. The apartment was full of old and unnecessary items which filled the cupboards and reduced the space in the apartment. No cleaning clothes provided to allow wiping down after cooking.
