L’emplacement

La petite chambre était très mal située, pas de communication directe avec la salle de bain et la cuisine. L’ascenseur était situé aux demi-étages, donc tout à fait inutile. Manque d’intimité. Plancher très sale. La gestion des déchets.

Local inscreveu, tudo perto, fomos com criança pequena de 3 anos, mas fizemos muita com ao redor, tudo ao redor É turístico.

Great location in Chiado, lots of great restaurants within 5 minute walk. Close to the tram 28. Wasn't noisy, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and functional. Kitchen was well stocked if you needed to cook. Washing machine is in the common area, and worked well.

The floors in general were filthy. The common area and hallway to our room were particularly disgusting, with great big hair balls like tumbleweed flying around. Over the course of our 4 night stay, the common area was not cleaned once, as the hair balls, grime and stains got worse with wet shoes and foot traffic. Even the floors IN our apartment were grimy and not mopped prior to our stay. Thankfully the bathroom was cleaned properly but the floors really needed to be mopped. It was also annoying that we had to take out the rubbish ourselves, usually it's not a problem if bins are nearby, but the nearest dumping point was about 5 mins walk away, not a big deal but still a nuisance when one is on holiday...
