Casa dos Doutores, a cozy apartment in Lisbon

It is very good apartment and modern. My kids too liked and wanted to stay couple of days.

Only thing is there is no A/C and very hot.

À chegada verificámos que no quarto com cama de casal, localizado na parte inferior da casa, estava cheio de moscas pequenas. Gastámos um frasco de "spray mata moscas" completo. Os chuveiros precisam de manutenção ou substituição, estão ferrugentos. A limpeza não era a melhor. Havia pó nos móveis, por baixo das camas, cantos e rodapés. Falta na cozinha pano tipo Vileda/esponja para limpar as bancadas, guardanapos em papel, rolo de cozinha, mais panos para limpar pratos e mãos

La ubicación que está a unos 15 minutos del centro caminando, en general la casa estaba bastante bien.

El sofá cama un poco incómodo ya que es demasiado duro, sugerencia en las ventanas del salón estaría bien poner alguna cortina ya que los que duermen hay le entra toda la claridad.

hay un montón de servicios cerca del piso y esta muy bien conectado.-

El colchón del dormitorio doble se podría mejorar.

The location was fantastic walking distance to the centre of lisbon.A very clean house and also in a quiet area at night time. Close to supermarkets and close to the metro. A great stay.

Nothing really apart from the narrow landing was a little dangerous for younger children.

Location was good, house was clean and furniture was useful

The rooms were in the basement, there were windows opening to a closed yard with no air flow. It wasn't possible to open the windows for ventilation as whatever neighbors were cooking, it smelled like it was cooking in the house. There was some smell due to moisture. There was an air cleaning device that needed to be on all the time.

The host was nice and responsive.

Both bedrooms are in the basement and the kitchen and living room on the ground floor. Hand soap is a very cheap quality one . We asked for a second key and it was delivered 2 days later in the evening. If you check in after 8 pm, there is a fee of 25 euros . No iron provided despite we requested it 2 weeks in advance. Wooden floor is very noise and you can hear the neighbours upstairs walking . It smells musty , all windows were closed when we arrived. Hot water runs out very quickly , there is no hot water in the sink tap from the downstairs bathroom, sink was clogged . Cleanliness could be improved.

The location was close to the city centre but the area was not the greatest.

The unit is extremely hot, 1 old fan that barely works. I let them know and they brought 1 fan. Every room should have a fan. Mininal of everything, 4 plates, 4 cups. No iron, everything was just blah. If you want no exceptions and not be comfortable this is the place for you. It also smells musty all the time. I definitely would not recommend this place for families.
