Rising Sun Apartment

The apartment was spacious, bright, clean, well furnished and in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Heloísa responded very quickly to any questions we had.

There is nothing that my wife and I did not like.

Amazing apartment, well located and exceptionally clean. Communication was clear and supportive. We arrived to a complimentary bottle of wine and warm delicious Portuguese tarts - what a wonderful stay !

Stylish, Spacious, high quality, well equipped, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Owner so very friendly and thoughtful. Excellent communication throughout. Definitely recommended!

Noise from the nearby roads

Beautiful spacious apartment only 10 minutes walk from the nearest beach and close to restaurants and bars. Large terrace with plenty of seating that has the sun all morning. The apartment was immaculate, and Heloise left us wine and fresh pastel del nata on arrival. All communication with Heloise was easy, and entry instructions for check-in were clear and uncomplicated. She also helped with transfers to and from the airport.

Tha accommodation was just beautiful it was home from home would definitely recommend it location was perfect The communition between Heloisa was just fantastic she couldn't do enough for you everything was just perfect spotless clean and everything you need 💥

Let me start by saying the host and the apartments location is everything with this property. Central enough most stuff is a short walk away. I can’t tell you just how helpful and thoughtful our host was. Happy to help with any questions, believe me I had quite a few , we were greeted with a welcome gift of some local pastry’s and some wine both of which were wonderful. The apartment itself blew us all away. The pictures almost don’t do it justice enough. Very spacious , luxury apartment we felt like kings and queens for our stay, there was everything you’d expect to find in your own home , in this apartment , the local supermarket just a short walk away and it was so fantastically priced . we have already begun planning next years trip and we will definitely be staying here again. Once again not only do you get such a luxury stay but a very friendly and kind host. Highly recommended you won’t be disappointed.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The apartment had loads of space for 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and several balconies. It had all the facilities needed to cook and eat in if you wanted. But there were also lots of great restaurants nearby if you wanted a lazy eat! Parking was always relatively easy. The swimming pool was quiet and we had it to ourselves a few times during peak season. The host was exceptional, proactively checking that we were ok and providing some local information about events. Because we stayed for over a week, we had a clean mid-stay so the apartment remained clean throughout our stay. 2 beaches within easy walking distance. My 10 year old was able to cope with the walk and we always felt safe in the area. I would stay here again which is testament to my satisfaction!

Coming home! There is a busy road outside so I had trouble sleeping with the windows open and had to use the AC. But, the AC was reasonably quiet so it was ok.

Heloisa was fantastic at providing updates via whatsapp and making sure that the apartment, which was superb, was to our standard. We were greated with a bottle of wine and local pastries, which was a nice touch. Great location with a massive balcony. Air con in bedrooms was first class. No faults. She also arranged for airport pick up and drop off which was very reasonable and was also excellent.

Everything was great.

Nice decor; well equipped; extremely clean and modern; wonderfully large balcony; great location close to restaurants, the old town and the beach. Heloísa was fantastic!
