Very comfortable and very clean

It was close to all amenities, good location

The living room area could definitely use some improvement. The sofa and sofa bed both need upgrading — every time you sat down, you could feel the frame and springs. In fact, my wife injured her back after sitting on the sofa, as it was noticeably sloping in the middle from both sides. One thing I forgot to mention is our unit’s TV control has missing batteries. When we asked for the batteries were told to buy it and submit the receipt!!! This was very unprofessional.

Location excellent. Spacious apartment with everything you need.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped with plenty of amenities. We especially enjoyed the large balcony. The hosts were very responsive and quick to reply to any messages.

Toiletries were provided, but not in sufficient quantity for the duration of our stay.

Getting the keys was a ridiculous process. You sent secret addresses that were wrong, we were lugging 6 suitcases up stairs to the wrong buildings. Then I was told I was supposed to fill out some form before checkin and thats why you didn't send the right info. Your records should show a form is missing and you should remind your clients so their first impression of the property isn't tainted. the person I was in contact with did not have a good attitude. Single bed coils could be felt under the mattress

Some amenities could have been better (pillows weren’t very good and the remote for the air conditioner didn’t work in some rooms)
