Ola Lisbon - Alfama II

The first moment we moved in we felt this terrible smell. Humidity is high, fungus on the walls everywhere. Even though there were 2 Ayr driers working at full, it still didn't help. My gf woke up midnight with serious asthma flare up. Because of that we moved out the same day to another place even though we had 2 more nights to there. The stuff didn't respond to our messages, and when they finally did they refused to refund for at least 1 night.

There was a fan and an air purifier. And a drying rack upstairs.

The apartment was quite worn down. The bathroom had limescale in a few places. It has a sliding door which didn't shut fully so there was a slight gap between the door and the wall. We arrived really late, but the sofabed want made up, and the sheet weren't put on the duvet&pillows. The cases seemed quite worn and dirty. One of the corners of the duvet has dried blood patches on it. All the pans in the kitchen had burnt bottoms so every time we cooked something it would smell bad. The inside of the larger pan was also peeling away gradually, so it's not very safe to cook in.

This place is inhabitable. There is black mold in the bathroom, in the kitchen and behind the sofa bed, the smell of mold is unbearable throughout the flat, even the bed linen smell. The photos are misleading and everything is falling apart.
