Muy limpio y buena ubicacion. Muy céntrico

El apartamento estaba limpio, salvo el sofá que necesita una limpieza. Tenía todo lo que necesitabas en la cocina, dejaron varias toallas de baño por persona y una toalla de playa por persona. Cuando les pedimos algo por mensaje tardaron poco en contestar y traernos lo pedido. Está a 7 minutos andando del puerto y a 15 minutos del centro de la ciudad.

La ubicación, aunque caminando estás a 15 minutos del centro de la ciudad, el barrio por la noche no invita a salir. Hay bastantes personas con adicciones por esa zona. Las camas sonaban un poco al moverte. El sofá requería una limpieza de tapicería.

El baño no funcionaba bien, cuando te duchabas no tragaba agua, nos pusimos en contacto con ellos pero no nos lo resolvieron

Buena ubicación. El apartamento estaba muy bien para 4 personas. Cocina bien equipada con un buen salon y terraza.

Solo tiene un baño. Las camas no eran demasiado comodas.

Localização era muito boa, tanto para acesso ao centro de Ponta Delgada, como para viajar para outros pontos de interesse.

4 pessoas tomarem banho de seguida, sendo o aquecimento da água por cilindro, levava a que as últimas duas já não tivessem água quente.

Cerca del centro, zona tranquila. Apartamento en muy buen estado y limpio. Entrada con código.

No hay amenities en el apartamento, solo jabon de manos.

Good location, walking distance into city centre, no issues in communication with owner, althought only in portuguese.

Noisy street close to app., if you open windows, evening and morning very noicy traffic in sleeping room, but keepimg windows closed, no iissues, well anti - noice constructed.

The flat was nice, new, well furnished and with nice architecture, a tv in each bedroom and in the livingroom (although we didn't use them), situated in a strategic position (if you rent a car) and with the possibility of free parking nearby. Many kitchen appliances were also available (toaster, boiler, microwave, etc). It also had a large terrace, although we didn't get to use it as it was bad weather when we were there.

Some things were just not well taken care of: one of the cupboard was broken, the shower water was hard too adjust (either way too hot or too cold) and the shower sprinkler itself was half broken. There were many towels but about half of them were poorly washed. The wi-fi never worked. The customer service either didn't answer phone calls or replied very late and gave us confusing directions when we had to check-in. They were kind enough to let us check-in early, but then, as I said, the instructions were wrong and confusing and it took us a while to finally find the place and get in.
