Great location, apartment is clean, and have all what we neded.

Sound insulation between the apartments and the staircase is quite poor.

Just location is great

Clean & No any air conditioner at the beginning day the apartment can not warm with 2 small heaters my children cache cold so call the company said there is no air conditioning available one day later they sent me 2 blankets with another small heater so the apartment air got warmer after 2 days

Nothing Not as expected

Nothing was satisfying When I booked the apartment I had informed the property that I would like an early check in n a bit later check out I was told it was ok but that dint happen. There was no AC in the rooms However while booking we had ac rooms booked , no proper charging points for international chargers we had to charge our phones at nearby restaurants, the electricity was tripping number of times during the day n nights causing lot of problems while taking showers . The overall experience was very bad. Even after paying the complete amount I keep getting emails to pay. When I called the customer service agent the lady there was very rude over the phone .
