Excellent location. The street is busy but isolation is great. Quick response from the staf.We had an issue with the boiler but it was fixed quickly.

Some general maintenance is needed.

Staff is very friendly and easily to be reached. Location is A+++

Appartment requires renovation, bathroom and kitchen not hygienic and cockroaches kept us awake. Appartment has no AC and leaving the window open will for fresh air, will keep you awake due to the streetnoise. Pillows of the beds are limited and not firm enough

The entire neighborhood was smelling like sewage because of some street work being done. The smell made its way into the flat at night time for some reason.

I picked up the key at an office 1 block away. However when I got to the building it wasn't clear which apartment to go to. I called them and they let me know. We had 2 little kids with us and there were a few too many small decorations that were breakable or hazardous for kids.

Good location and good setup of the apartment.

We were forced upon arrival to walk to 3 different spots in the city in order to check in. Then we were given a key and were sent to find the apartment. Not very good way to start your holidays...
